CANCELLATION POLICY

To ensure fairness to all members and due to our limited class sizes, we operate the following cancellation policy:

• Cancellations made more than 12 hours before class will be credited back to your account.

• Cancellations made within 12 hours of class will be charged in full.

• Failure to attend a booked class will result in a no-show charge and the session being forfeited.

• Exhale by Ellis reserves the right to cancel or amend classes where necessary.
